Artificial intelligence is entering a new phase. We are moving beyond systems that simply respond to prompts toward AI that can plan, decide, co-ordinate tools, and execute workflows with increasing autonomy. Agentic AI represents a fundamental shift: from AI as a passive assistant to AI as an active collaborator in how organisations operate, create and make decisions.
This intensive one-day course explores what this transformation means for business, leadership, and the future of work. Participants will work directly with emerging agentic AI tools and workflows, developing a practical understanding of how these systems function, where they create strategic value and how organisations are beginning to redesign work around increasingly autonomous forms of intelligence.
Short course structure and topics covered:
Morning Session:
- Discover Agentic AI: What it is, why it matters, and how organisations are already using it to transform marketing, operations, and decision-making. See real-world examples in action and explore what's possible.
- Build an AI Agent: Get hands-on with powerful no-code tools to create your own working AI-driven workflow.
Afternoon Session:
- Inside Multi-Agent Systems: Learn how AI agents collaborate, delegate tasks, and automate complex workflows at scale through practical, real-world examples.
- Create your own Agentic AI Roadmap: Identify high-impact opportunities for your organisation and leave with a practical framework for moving from experimentation to implementation.
Short course benefits and learning outcomes:
Participants will:
- Differentiate between standard generative AI and agentic AI, and assess the implications for organisational strategy, risk and investment.
- Build a functional agentic AI workflow using a no-code platform.
- Map a high-value organisational use case against an implementation readiness framework.
Your organisation will:
- Develop internal capability to identify, assess and prioritise agentic AI opportunities.
- Strengthen staff confidence in evaluating AI vendors, tools, and implementation proposals critically.
- Build practical capability to prototype agentic AI solutions and assess deployment readiness internally, reducing reliance on external consultants.
Who should attend?
This course is aimed at mid-to-senior professionals who are already using AI tools and want to move to the next level of capability. Typical participants include marketing managers, operations leads, digital transformation teams, and senior strategists evaluating AI investment decisions.
No technical background is required, but participants should be active AI tool users.
