The online self-paced course is made up of e-learning modules complete with key information, short videos, tasks and related resources, and is designed to prepare you for the in-person workshop. You can progress through the materials at your own pace, and we expect it to take approximately 4 hours to complete.
The second part of this course is an in-person training workshop. This workshop will include role play and live question and answer sessions.
