This one-day course equips you with the skills and confidence to manage challenging workplace interactions effectively. By reducing stress and fostering constructive dialogue, you’ll create better outcomes for yourself, your colleagues, and your organisation.

Short course structure and topics covered:  

Morning session

• Explore the role of emotional intelligence in managing conflict and challenging workplace situations.
• Build foundational skills for effectively navigating conflict and addressing difficult behaviours.
• Learn strategies for working with diverse personality types to foster better collaboration.

Afternoon session

• Cultivate a growth mindset to approach difficult conversations with confidence and adaptability.
• Identify and understand your personal triggers in conflict situations.
• Develop a practical action plan to minimise emotional reactions and stay composed during challenging interactions.
