This one-day course equips you with the skills and confidence to manage challenging workplace interactions effectively. By reducing stress and fostering constructive dialogue, you’ll create better outcomes for yourself, your colleagues, and your organisation.
Short course structure and topics covered:
Morning session
- Explore the role of emotional intelligence in managing conflict and challenging workplace situations.
- Build foundational skills for effectively navigating conflict and addressing difficult behaviours.

Afternoon session
