- Build your skills to effectively respond to diverse emotional and behavioural reactions to change.
- Develop a practical and actionable engagement plan to lead your team through a significant current change.
This hands-on workshop empowers you to lead others through the changes you're managing, ensuring immediate relevance and a positive impact on your team.
Short course structure and topics covered:
Morning session
- Understanding emotional intelligence and its role in the big picture of change.
- Building the case for leading the emotional dynamics of change.
- Addressing the emotional dynamics of change by understanding perceptions of change.
Afternoon session
- Creating an engagement plan for a change initiative.
- Mapping key touchpoints to ensure effective implementation.
- Applying the learning to navigate and manage the dynamics of a change you're managing.
