General Surgery Fellowship Exam course

Short course structure and topics covered:  

The aim of this course is to assist candidates in their preparation for the final oral examination andrefine techniques and knowledge to increase chances of success in the final oral examination. Although the aim is to obtain viva practice, it is not possible within the given timeframe to review all information required for the final oral examination.

Learning outcomes:  

Participants will achieve an understanding of the components of the Part II Exam in General Surgery and have the opportunity to practice clinical and viva examinations over the intensive four-day course.

Who should attend? / any entry requirements?  

This course is strongly encouraged for all trainees preparing for the ANZCA final exam to takeadvantage of the refresher courses and mock vivas.
